A FedEx label will be sent for any orders requiring return to our office. The return order will require the sender to carefully pack in bubble wrap or a bubble wrap envelope and taken to a FedEx drop off location within 48 hours of receiving the FedEx label.

We cut, polish and design all of our jewelry in house and do not use any 3rd party source during the acquisition or production of our fine jewelry collection. In addition, we have multiple GIA graduates on site in our facilities that validate and verify the authenticity and quality of every piece.

Be aware that all fine jewelry is susceptible to extreme heat, chemicals and impact damage. Even the hardest gemstones, such as diamonds, can chip or crack. Exposure to chemicals found in swimming pools or jacuzzi tubs will damage all fine jewelry. We do not cover negligence from abuse, misuse, chemicals, extreme heat and other factors that will be deemed as negligent action. Exposure to high temperatures such as extended hours in direct sunlight may affect the appearance of some gemstones. Heat and chemicals of swimming pools and jacuzzi tubs will damage the appearance of all jewelry and gemstones. Makeup, perfume, cosmetics and natural oils will build up over time on your jewelry and affect the appearance. Simple jewelry care with warm water should remove most build up and debris. While there are certain measures you can take to care for your jewelry yourself, we recommend annual cleaning by a professional jeweler to maintain the luster and beauty of your jewelry for a lifetime and beyond.
